  • Integrating iClicker Cloud with Canvas
    August 19th, 2019

    iClicker Cloud is the newest product line released by iClicker. In this class you will learn about the iClicker Cloud instructor client. Faculty will also learn how they can integrate the iClicker Cloud web interface with their Canvas to streamline the polling process. There will also be a demonstration of the Attendance Tool.

  • Using Voicethread for Formative and Summative Assessment
    September 6th, 2019

    In this training, we will focus on formative and summative assessments. If you use written exams and quizzes, this workshop can show you alternative ways to evaluate student learning using VoiceThread in your Canvas courses. We will discuss strategies for improving student presentations, using comment moderation, and designing portfolios that can replace written exams.

  • CONCERT
    October 14th, 2019
  • CONCERT is a six week course designed for faculty teaching or developing courses online for Clemson University. The course was created by Clemson Online and is different than previous online trainings provided by CCIT. The course is designed for anyone wishing to refresh (or learn for the first time) online teaching and development skills. The course is offered entirely online in an asynchronous format to allow for maximum flexibility. Each week, faculty will spend approximately 3-5 hours on the training. In this course, faculty will engage in content spanning three modules.
