Carrie Rose is an experienced early childhood professional and consultant at The Rose Way and a dedicated supporter of the Reggio Emilia educational project. As a former Approved Provider, Carrie has many years of experience working directly with teaching teams to understand the purpose of documentation and using this as a tool to bring visibility and value to children, their ideas and their learning.

Rachel Flottman is a consultant at Ethical Interactions who develops programs alongside educators, teachers and children with a strong focus on co-design and using documentation as a way of genuinely listening to children and presenting children as capable learners.
