In this video, we look at cofactors, coenzymes and prosthetic groups. First we explore what is meant by a cofactor, using amylase as an example. We then look at coenzymes, focussing on NAD. Finally, we explore prosthetic groups, looking at the enzyme carbonic anhydrase.
