In this video, we continue to explore the structure and function of globular proteins. First we look at the protein hormone insulin and how its structure allows it to bind to its receptor molecule and carry out its effects. We then look at the enzyme lysozyme and see how its structure makes it specific for its substrate molecule in the bacterial cell wall.
