In this video, we look at the effect of substrate concentration and enzyme concentration on the rate of enzyme-catalysed reactions. We explore why the rate of reaction is directly proportional to the substrate concentration and enzyme concentration. We then look at what is meant by Vmax and by the word "saturated".
