In this video, we look at the structure and function of veins. First we look at the role of veins in the circulatory system. We then look at how the structure of veins is adapted to their function and we compare this to the structure of arteries. Finally, we explore the role of valves in veins.
This video is aimed at the UK A Level Biology specifications. Students studying International A Level Biology will need to check their specification.
