Join the Education & Behavioral Science (EBSS) Scholarly Communication Committee as we watch & discuss, “Boundary Spanners: Bridging Gaps Between Higher Education & PK12.” We will be joined by presenters Anita Walz (Assistant Director of Open Education and Scholarly Communication Librarian at Virginia Tech) and Julee Farley (Julee Farley Consulting) who originally shared their work at the 2021 Open Education Conference. We will discuss what boundary spanners as a concept is, talk through what this project has accomplished at Virginia Tech, and share how this practice can span beyond education into other areas within and outside of EBSS.
