Pressbooks in a Flash: Learn how to use Pressbooks to support Open Education Resource Creation In this workshop, you will get a brief introduction to Pressbooks, a web-based authoring tool that can be used to create Open Education Resources and books.
You will learn about pedagogical strategies you can use in creating OER such as embedding video content, interactive glossaries, Hypothesis, H5P and call out boxes. We will also show participants how to set up a trial account. Participants will then have hands-on time to try out Pressbooks and ask questions.
