This is the second part of a two-part video. In this video, we first look at how to create a dilution series to be used to make a calibration curve for glucose concentration. We then explore how to use a colorimeter to measure the absorbance of the solutions and how to use the calibration curve to determine the concentration of glucose in an unknown solution.
