Happy Friday from Mud Run Guide! March is finally here and hopefully, that means spring weather will be here soon! I know we’re ready for some sunshine and warmth!

Our first community member of the week is Fatima, who lives in Mexico and has won 8 Spartan Kids races. Fatima wants to remind everyone, “It is very important to be well hydrated and take care of your diet. It’s not just training, take care of your body.” Great advice as you head into a new training season!
