Join educator Maureen Leary of the National Postal Museum and formerly of the Smithsonian Early Enrichment Center to explore techniques to enhance storybook reading with museum objects and engagement activities. In this interactive session, Ms. Leary will model and discuss transferable strategies to make stories come alive for young learners. Participants will leave with ready-to-use activities, digital museum resources, and a range of adaptable strategies to transform storybook reading from a passive to an active experience.
