In this video tutorial you will learn how to download and install anaconda on windows 10 and how to create new conda environment and how to activate conda environment. Also you will learn how to install keras, tensorflow and flask in that conda environment so that we can use it for running machine learning or deep learning models using flask restful api (rest api with flask).

Note:
if anyone has not install python in advance then you can install it after watching this video. All you need is to run this command in Anaconda Prompt:
conda install -c anaconda python
