Each of the ECA Communities is a 10-week commitment where you will have the opportunity to engage with other early childhood professionals on a topic that you are curious about. Exclusive to the ECA Community of Practice is the guided process of action research, helping you take what you’re learning and contextualise it into your unique setting leading to greater outcomes, both for your own professional learning and also the children, families and communities with which you work.
