After completing her Google IT Certificate, Stacey Bradley received a promotion to IT manager at the City of Red Bank. Google partnered with Chattanooga State Community College to offer Google Career Certificates to their community members. The program offers training in computer software and maintenance, as well as a stipend and child care to help lower-income individuals improve their job skills and income. Given the success of this program, the Tennessee Board of Regents, which governs Chattanooga State Community College, is expanding access to certificates across the state.
