Jewish Survivor Miriam Katin Testimony

This testimony from Jewish Holocaust Survivor Miriam Katin is from USC Shoah Foundation’s Visual History Archive®, an online portal that allows users to search through and view more than 55,000 video testimonies of survivors and witnesses of genocide.

Miriam is an author and graphic artist who survived the Holocaust as a toddler because her quick-thinking mother faked their deaths in Budapest at a historically perilous time for Jews in Hungary. She gave her testimony to USC Shoah Foundation as part of the Last Chance Testimony initiative on October 22, 2018.
