The UPOU Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) is organizing a Let’s Talk It Over hybrid webinar series on "Focus on Intellectual Property Rights and Management facilitating Technology Commercialization and Global Competitiveness " , scheduled on 29 May 2025 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, onsite at the UPOU Audiovisual Room, via Zoom, and live at the UPOU Networks website, Facebook Page and UPOU Youtube Channel.
This event is being organized to emphasize the role of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Intellectual Property Management (IPM) in innovation and global competitiveness. It also aims to explore strategies for effective technology commercialization. In particular, this talk is relevant for knowledge workers, R&D managers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, academics, and industry leaders seeking to understand how intellectual property can be strategically utilized to drive technology commercialization and global competitiveness.
The Let’s Talk It Over Series is a regular event of FMDS under the Faculty’s Community Inclusivity, Digital Transformation and Acceleration Towards Sustainability (CIDAS) Program – the intersection of Instruction, Public Service, and Research thrusts of FMDS.
