Meet Shane! Shane is a computer science major at the University of Houston, Clear Lake who has felt the pinch of rising educational costs. While he is thankful for the support of his family during his time in school, he also thanks his physics instructor for assigning OpenStax resources. He found the PDF format of the text to be most aligned with his learning preferences and is full of gratitude for free, high-quality learning materials, including free online textbooks, from OpenStax.
