below, persons shall be required to pass QAT, to be eligible for enrolment in PRC.
(ii) Persons shall be enrolled in QAT if they have passed, no earlier than thirty-six months from the date of enrolment as a candidate:
(a) Higher Secondary School Certificate with aggregate marks lower than 60% but not lower than 50%; or
(b) Three subjects at A-Levels with below-grade D.
