Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish that consists of a meaty broth, noodles, and shredded vegetables and meats.
Karaage is a Japanese cooking technique in which various foods—most often chicken, but also other meat and fish—are deep fried in oil.
Itadakimasu is a Japanese standard phrase before a meal. Itadakimasu comes from the verb, “itadaku”, a humble way of saying, to eat and receive.
