During the emotional cleaning, no big ‘crap’ came up. Instead, Erick saw himself having a joke with himself about focusing and following my words.

Then we went to a memory of the younger self, and Erick was touched by how real the experience was. He got to hug the little boy he had forgotten to be, and is now determined to add more of this little boy back into his life.
