Thousands of California students still without laptops and Wi-Fi for distance learning is a new article in Ed Source that’s worth reading.
The information is no surprise, however, to many teachers, especially those of us who teach in low-income areas where that percentage is certainly higher.
Our district hasn’t even distributed Chromebooks to most students yet, much less begun to provide assistance to families without Internet access.
