NEW BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES - 2023/04/12: Two Rutgers professors march in their gowns while participating in a strike at the university's main campus in New Brunswick. The three faculty unions representing approximately 9,000 workers at Rutgers University, the state university of New Jersey, went on strike after failing to reach a contract in negotiations with Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway's administration.
