Jonathan Curio interviews Raj Makkar about the results of the Align-AR trial which he presented during the ACC.25 in Chicago.
The ALIGN-AR trial found the Trilogy valve safe and effective for aortic regurgitation, with high survival, strong device success, and improved heart function. These promising results will lead to further research, including expansion to lower-risk patients.
