A recording of the June 11th presentation, Digital Badges IG Spring Forum: A Quality Framework for Micro-Credentials.

Non-degree credentials, including digital badges and micro, are likely to be an important part of the training and education efforts as the country begins the process of recovery from the pandemic-created recession. These short-term credentials could be important tools for workers and students, post-secondary education providers and policy makers and states in the process of getting people back to work and responding to the changing nature of the labor market. As a result, systems, and approaches to measuring and ensuring quality of non-degree credentials are more important now than ever. To guide these efforts, we will share a framework to guide thinking about quality for non-degree credentials.
