Achieving company-wide data literacy is a tall order, requiring advocacy, commitment, and investments in time, talent, and budget. Along the way, innumerable obstacles – practical, philosophical, or economic – can derail the effort.  

Plus, there is no single blueprint for success. While there is general agreement that data skills are lacking, what should be done is far less clear. As companies work to leverage the power of their data assets, they face an array of decisions about who, how, how much or how often they need to educate.  

How do companies decide if the results are worth the investment? How do they design a process to achieve their specific literacy goals?   

In this session, we discuss the many challenges to implementing literacy programs and how companies can navigate and overcome them.
