Today, we celebrate the establishment of the International Criminal Court (July 17, 1998). Ben Ferencz – currently 102 years old – is an American lawyer who became one of the chief prosecutors for the United States Army at the Einsatzgruppen Trial (one of the 12 Nuremberg Trials).
