Dishanthini Nadarasa, a renowned Tamil artist, poet, and Tamil community activist, from Komari, Amparai (Eastern Sri Lanka) meets members of the Center for Education, Innovation, Leadership from New Jersey, United States of America to share her experience of working with people in Amparai.

Dishanthini recounts her experience of working with people who live below poverty line in Amparai and its surrounding areas. She spends her time helping and supporting school children and parents with their educational and economical needs..

Dishanthini is a growing talented young artist and poet who is interested in making positive changes in the life of people in Amparai through her arts and drawing. Let’s come together and help Dishanthini to further develop her art skills.

With the help of charitable organization and individuals in the diaspora, Dishanthini leading a humanitarian effort of going to villages to meet people and children to help them with their basic needs.

We invite members of diaspora to come together to help the under privileged in the Eastern Sri Lanka, Amparai.
