Roy Ratnavel, an Executive Vice President/Head of Distribution of CI Financial Corp, Toronto Canada, meets youngsters in Tamil diaspora & Sri Lanka and shares his inspiring his personal stories of overcoming obstacles and challenges in life.
Roy, who is an author, motivational speaker, and mentor has given keynote addresses in universities and at special community gatherings in Canada, United Kingdom. As a motivational speaker, Roy share his personal life experiences fleeing Sri Lanka to seek safe haven in Canada after he was spent time in Sri Lanka as political prisoner at his young age.
A zoom gathering was organized by the Center for Education, Innovation, Leadership, Community Service, a Tamil community outreach organization, in New Jersey, USA. Panel speakers included high school and university students from Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, and Sri Lanka.
