Listen to our 30-minute webinar to learn how to support your Children’s Mental Health with the On Second Thought (OST) Program.
Dr. Busto is a psychologist licensed in New York State and is certified as a school psychologist and advocate for Social-Emotional Learning in Children. Having graduated from programs that emphasize the benefits of learning cognitive behavioral skills, Dr. Busto decided to create a way to deliver said skills to children with a program called, “On Second Thought: From Iffy to Witty Thoughts”.
Dr. Busto will:
*Demonstrate what OST looks like and how it can teach your children specific CBT strategies for emotion regulation (skills that are essential to the reduction of maladaptive behaviors).
*Explain how sections within the OST program teach understanding and naming emotions, changing unwanted emotions and managing extreme emotions.
