Which college accepts the most credits, allows you to test out of the most and offers self-paced courses? I’m looking to complete the quickest Bachelors (preferably Psychology or therapy-related) to move on to a Masters program for therapy/counseling..

I have about 60 or so previous credits (I have to count again) but 40% are specific to the nursing program I was in so I don’t even know how they’d count as transfer credits for any kind of Bachelors.
Long story short, I’m a mom in my late 30s.. 3 kids.. one on the spectrum.. Life is pretty busy/high stress and my long term goal is to help other couples/families/people who are on the spectrum or have a child on the spectrum .. understand themselves.. their spouse or their child.. (specifically ASD 1).. and also help women with confidence building/exiting abusive relationships, etc. as these are all things I have a lot of life experience navigating and I’m passionate about.
I’m in NY and from what I understand, you just need any old Bachelors because the real stuff is in the Masters program.. So because I’m a mom of 3, I’m not looking to take on any hard degree (even though I know I could have also used a Bachelors).. I am trending toward Psychology as it does not seem too hard and I feel it could be useful for the Masters I’m going for.
From what I’ve seen, TESU is quite affordable.
I just wanted to ask .. of all online colleges.. which accepts the most credits and the most testing out (for credit) options? My goal is to get the Bachelors out of the way as fast as possible so between testing out and self paced classes (where I can move ahead/complete) .. I can hopefully cut my time in half.
I’m willing to spend a little more if it means I have the ability to shave off quite a bit of time. So many colleges I’ve seen are super expensive online and TESU (Thomas Edison State University) seems to fit the bill and I’m also looking at Excelsior.
I’m open to doing another Bachelors but just want to make sure I don’t do one and find out I have a hard time getting into a Masters program for counseling/therapy/behavior analyst (those are the three routes I’m looking at going).. I just figured Psych was easy and sort of a plus to the Masters given the field.
I am the type of person who does VERY well testing (I’m not great at everything.. but I am at that) and can absorb info quickly and test out well so I’m super interested in hearing about colleges that offer that.
