First of all, I already thought that something was off when they wouldn’t respond to my customer service emails and that information was presented in an unclear way.

Second, they keep pushing you to buy extra things and also make it easy to do so with one click purchases.

Third of all, my lessons wouldn’t even play and it made it a nightmare to try to navigate and just access the lessons.

Finally, I have heard so many tales of other poor souls whose cards were getting charged even after cancelling their membership.

If you are reading this and you already signed up, you apparently have to call them on a specific time and days to cancel your membership(this is already pretty fishy). In the meanwhile, immediately cancel your card so that those scammy cunts can’t steal any more of you’re money.
