Advice for an online Part time BC in Software engineering

Hi everybody! I’m looking for some help to identify a completely legit and recognised Bachelor degree in Software Engineering from a reputable and legally recognised university. I have recently been scammed after I was approaching an EU university working online which was claiming to be fully recognised but eventually it turned out to be a fake, hence that’s why i’m remarking words ‘recognised’ and ‘reputable’. I’m a full time worker with family living in EU, i’m currently working as a Developer and my aim is to finally get a BC degree in Software Engineering. I would be able obviously to study in English language, I consider to dedicate from 10 to 20 hours per week to the study so i’m mainly open for a part-time study plan. I’d like to be able to finish the degree in max 3 or 4 years, not longer, its definitely hard for me to think to study for 6-8 years (I heard there are some part time study plan built ad hoc for this). I consider worldwide universities (better if based in Europe) which would offer an online plan/platform with either possibilities of completely having a remote relationship hence online exams, assessments or in case they would require an on-site session for the exams only, I would consider to just use a secondary location close to me eg embassy and so on to make the exam (heard the is possible as well). I’m thinking to not spend more than 10 15 thousand euros for the whole BC Really looking forward to read your opinion and thanks a lot in advance ! : )
