After an hour of searching, I found exactly two: one at Florida International University in the USA, and one at the University of Birmingham in the UK (and the one in the UK is obviously not African American). I’m usually pretty good about Googling up this kind of stuff, but I’m striking out on finding more. Does anyone know of some other programs? Thanks!
