I’m looking to create a MOOC for my education non-profit about using photo/video to create Public Service Announcements. I already have most of the content (self-created videos, .PDFs, small assignments), but I’m trying to find the best platform. Our organization works with teenagers from around the world, so any MOOC that requires payment/credit card is not going to work. I thought Udemy would check all the boxes, but unless you charge for your course, participants can’t use Q&A features or receive a certificate.

My question: is there any MOOC platform that allows a layperson to upload a course, provides quizzes and Q&A throughout, and allows the person who completed the course access to a certificate? I’ve looked into all the major players and can’t seem to find one that will let a regular joe like me upload their course and still check all those boxes. Thanks.
